THE LEARNING LIST
We collect your email, optional first name, optional learning interest and consent record to send financial lessons, resources, stories and community updates. Consent is required and never preselected. Netlify Forms processes and stores submissions. No separate email marketing provider is connected yet, and submitting does not create an account.
SERVICE INQUIRIES
We use your name, email and project details to reply about the Content Starter Pack. Inquiries are not added to marketing lists. Please do not send sensitive financial information, client credit reports or account numbers.
PROVIDERS AND SPAM PROTECTION
Netlify hosts the site, processes form submissions and filters spam. It may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs. Google Fonts receives requests to deliver typefaces. External resources including Instagram and BabyPips have their own privacy practices.
YOUR CHOICES AND RETENTION
You can withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion by emailing Koufax. Signup details are kept while needed for the learning list; inquiry details are kept while needed to respond and manage resulting work or required records. We review and remove information no longer needed, subject to legal obligations. Unsubscribe requests must also be honored in any exported copies.
ANALYTICS AND STORAGE
No external analytics provider is connected. Local conversion events contain fixed labels and page paths, never form values. They are not sent to a reporting service. This site sets no analytics cookies and does not save email addresses or learning progress in browser storage.

Public lessons are general education, not individualized financial, credit, investment, legal or tax advice. They do not guarantee results. Confidential client credit-repair work is not part of this public learning platform.
